Description
Deutsch: Goethe-Gymnasium, Frankfurt am Main; Hans Flersheim absolvierte unter dem Direktorat des Altphilologen Prof. Dr. phil. Ewald Bruhn (1862–1936) das Goethe-Reformgymnasium im Frankfurter Westend, das er wie sein ein Jahr älterer Cousin Friedrich „Fritz“ Flersheim (1892–1977) Ostern 1912 mit der Reifeprüfung abschloss. Nach dem Abitur trat er als Lehrling in die Firma Flersheim-Hess ein und sollte dort einmal die Nachfolge seines Vaters antreten. Mit seinem Vater teilte er ein Faible für den Pferderennsport. In späteren Jahren war Hans Flersheim im Vorstand des 1911 gegründeten Vereins ehemaliger Goethe-Gymnasiasten zu Frankfurt a. M. e.
