Deutsch: Vorderseite: IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FELIX AVG. Drapierte Halbfigur des Gordianus in consularischem Festgewand und Lorbeerkranz in der Brustansicht nach l. In der r. Hand das Adlerzepter.
Rückseite: PONTIFEX MAX TR P IIII // COS II P P. Der Kaiser in vierspännigem Wagen (quadriga) nach l. Dahinter, ihn bekränzend, Victoria. Vorne führt Roma in der Vorderansicht, Kopf nach r., die Pferde. Im Hintergrund l. zwei männliche Gestalten mit geschulterten Stäben. Kommentar: Bimetallisch: Mittelstück aus Kupfer, Ring aus Messing. - Dressel (1973) spricht die beiden Männer auf der Vs. l. als Liktoren mit ihren vereinfacht dargestellten Fascienbündeln (fasces) an, Gnecchi bezeichnet diese als palmwedeltragende Soldaten.
