Summary edit

Description
English: The original small gourd split in half to make two spoons is the origin for the very rounded spoon shapes in recycled scrap metal (L) and plastic (R), a still popular choice of spoon shape for eating soups and thin sauces. These three types of spoons either grown, locally-cast or manufactured in Senegal.
