English: Accompanying note: "Gov. Rick Scott signed into law a bill forbidding police use of unpiloted 'drone' aircraft for routine surveillance on April 24, 2013, during the legislative session. The law still allowed use of drones in emergencies and for federal investigations, but not for routine crowd watching or spying. State Rep. Ritch Workman, R-Melbourne, and state Sen. Joe Negron, R-Stuart, sponsored the legislation."
