Description

Villa Pueyrredón ist nur deshalb so lebendig und groß (geworden), weil sich dort in den (glaube ich) dreißiger Jahren eine große Textilfabrik ansiedelte, die das Viertel nachhaltig geprägt hat. Die Fabrik namens Grafa ist in den 90er dank der Bindung des arg. Pesos an den US-Dollar (1:1-Bindung) pleite gegangen. Heute befindet sich in den Hallen der Ex-Fabrik ein Walmart.
