Summary

Description
English: The unusual 1950's tilework on the Queens-bound side of the Grant Avenue subway station in City Line, East New York, Brooklyn. The tiles are a lot more green in person, I promise you. This was also the transition between the 1940's IND tiles and the 1950s-1970s boring prison blocks used frequently in station lengthening projects at that time.
