Summary edit

Description

Louth covers much of the western part of the City of St. Catharines, Ontario. Most of the land continues to be agricultural with vineyards being the most prominent crop.

Sadly, for those that love grapes, wine is now almost the exclusive focus of the vineyards. Jam, jelly, juice and other non-fermented forms of this wonderful fruit have been all but eliminated.

However, on a warm sunny day in late September the area is full of the sweet smell of grapes. At times it seems as if there has been a giant spill of grape cool-aid.
