Ein Detail der Speicher, welche auf dem steilen Weichselufer liegen und der Stadt einen guten Schutz im Laufe der Jahrhunderte boten.
1659 kam es aber während der Befreiungsaktion der Stadt vom schwedischen Besatzer zu einem Brand, bei dem mehrere Speicher den Flammen zum Opfer fielen.
Auf dem Foto sieht man auch den Turm der St. Nikolaus-Kirche. Mit dem Bau der gotischen Backsteinkirche wurde 1286 begonnen.
