English: Gravestone in Old Kinnernie cemetery Commemorating (inter alia) John William Hosie who died in 1914 on board HMS Pathfinder. The vessel was the first ever to be sunk by a torpedo fired from a submarine, and resulted in the loss of 279 of the ship's complenent of 290 men.
