On the "Gray Fox" Wikipedia page: "In contrast to all Vulpes and related (Arctic and fennec) foxes, the gray fox has oval (instead of slit-like) pupils." Based on my photographic evidence, I believe this can be disputed.

Description
English: On the "Gray Fox" Wikipedia page: ""In contrast to all Vulpes and related (Arctic and fennec) foxes, the gray fox has oval (instead of slit-like) pupils." Based on my photographic evidence, I believe this can be disputed. I took this picture in broad daylight. In those conditions, it's difficult to discern the pupil from the muddy brown center of the iris, but in the right light, when you zoom in all the way, it's obvious that this gray fox has slit-like eyes.
