Description
English: The hills of Great Seal State Park, located northeast of Chillicothe in Springfield Township, Ross County, Ohio, United States. Most of the park — more than seven square miles — composes a historic district of archaeological sites built by people of the Adena culture. Photo is taken from Grandview Cemetery on Chillicothe's southern side; both the cemetery and the archaeological district, known as the Great Seal Park Archeological District, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
