English: Mulch-tillage (seeding with minimum tillage). – The farmer was "ploughing in" a leguminous crop (which was used as "green fertilizer" or "green manure") in the late afternoon sunshine with a seed drill. The scene captured the essence of this gridsquare, showing the agricultural activity against the backdrop of Shabbington Wood in Bernwood Forest.
