Description
English: The Greensfelder Building, at 312 E. Market St. in Logansport, Ind., was recently underwent a $200,000 restoration, funded by the Historic Landmarks Foundation, a corridor grant from the City of Logansport, and the Real Estate Capital Access Program. The 1860 building was once a department store operated by Melvin Greensfelder. It recently had been a downtown blight, afflicted by serious structural problems caused by the demolition of adjacent buildings.
