Description
English: Grilled Stringray is a popular street seafood in Malaysia, which it is marinated and grilled with banana leaf and topped with special sambal sauce.

Where to find it: Can be found most commonly in hawker centers throughout Malaysia. A side from stringray, there are varieties of seafood like squids, clams, fishes and etc, can be seen on the booth too.

When can you find it: Stall owners usually open their businesses at night time.

How to order it: Normally, they are presented in raw, cut in different chunk sizes and displayed on the booth with ice underneath. Customer can hand pick their preferred selection and weight for price quote, or ask the stall owner to pick for you before they start preparing the dishes. Food payment upon served.
