Bahasa Indonesia: Gua Tengkorak di kampung Penggoli tepatnya berada di Pamona Timur, Kabupaten Poso, merupakan salah satu wisata goa tengkorak yang ada dikabupaten Poso, selain wisata goa tengkorak Pamona dan wisata goa tengkorak Latea yang merupakan cagar budaya Sulawesi Tengah.Zaman dahulu suku Pamona mempunyai adat untuk menguburkan orang yang telah meninggal kedalam gua sehingga ditemukan beberapa gua-gua peninggalan suku Pamona yang berisikan peti jenazah berisikan tengkorak, kebudayaan ini masih terus berlangsung sekitar awal abad ke-17 sebelum Belanda masuk ke wilayah dataran tinggi Sulawesi Tengah.
