English: Guatemala first issue, March 1871 coat of arms, 10 centavos blue, mint, perforated 14x13.5. Engraved by Ferdinand Joubert (1810-1884).

Typographed by the Government Mint, Paris. Printed in sheets of 150. Issued for domestic and outbound mail letters.
