Description
English: Petty Officer 2nd Class Kisha Wright, a hospital corpsman assigned to USS Gunston Hall's (LSD 44) Medical Services Department, from Valdosta, Ga., checks the vitals of a young Haitian boy at the recovery ward at the Killick Haitian Coast Guard Base. Gunston Hall, a Whidbey Island-class dock-landing ship, was diverted from a scheduled deployment to West Africa to help Haitian relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response.
