Summary edit

Description
English: Rates of gynecomastia during treatment with bicalutamide or spironolactone as a function of dosage in men.

This graph was created based on the following data: A dose-ranging study found that gynecomastia occurred with bicalutamide in 9% at 10 mg/day, 26% at 30 mg/day, 36% at 50 mg/day, 79% at 100 mg/day, 78% at 150 mg/day, and 79% at 200 mg/day. Various studies have reported that spironolactone produces rates of gynecomastia of 5 to 10% at 25 to 50 mg/day, 17 to 30% at 75 to 100 mg/day, and 52 to 62% at 150 to 300 mg/day.
