Description
English: The Hùng Kings Temple, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The temple was built in 1926 by the French as a memorial to those who had fallen in defence of France during World War I. In 1954 the Government of South Vietnam reconstituted it as a place of worship of the Hùng Kings, Confucius, General Tran Hung Dao, and Le Van Duyet. It was renamed the Hùng Kings Temple in 1975.
