Description
English: The Royal Navy light cruiser HMS Liverpool (C11) in dry dock at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, California (USA), on 26 June 1941, for repair of damage received in the Mediterranean Sea the pervious October. The false bow had been fitted at Alexandria, Egypt, shortly after the cruiser was torpedoed.
