Description
English: The HSBC Atrium as seen from the corner of South Park Avenue and Illinois Street, Buffalo, New York, January 2020. Built in 1990 by Marine Midland Bank as an adjunct to its offices in what was then called Marine Midland Center; in 2013, when successor company HSBC Bank USA withdrew from the branch banking sector and vacated its offices in the latter building, the Atrium became the main nerve center of their local-area operations.
