Description
English: Northeast view of the upper portion of the water tower of the H. Black and Company building on Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. Completed in 1907, the building was designed by architect Robert D. Kohn. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
