Notes
  • Significance: The hacienda encloses, in a unique fashion, the basic processing elements which characterized an independent corn and coffee hacienda in mid-nineteenth century Puerto Rico: household and industrial structures; a rare Barker-type turbine used for corn grinding; a waterwheel; a coffee pulping mill; a coffee husking mill; and an aqueduct.
  • Unprocessed Field note material exists for this structure: FN-4
  • Survey number: HAER PR-4
  • Building/structure dates: 1847-1851 Initial Construction
  • Building/structure dates: 1886 Subsequent Work
