English: Greater Haifa metropolitan road linkage, outermost circle constituted by the towns of Nahariya, Carmiel and Zichron Ya'akov. Connections thereof to the inner circle and Downtown along principal regional & national routes shown here in red. The inner circle is formed by the city's nine boroughs: Haifa Bay, Haifa West, Navé Sha'anan, Kiryat Hayim, Ahuza, Carmel, Denia, Hadar and Downtown.
