English: Black and white photograph of a building, the Hall of Justice, beside a large tree. On the top of the building there is a damaged railing and central tower. There is a circular wire with a pole sticking out of the central tower towards the right. On the ground there are a few people. In the foreground is a street to the side of which is a tent and a man in a hat sitting on boxes, surrounded by boards, containers, pans and gunnysacks.
