English: This photograph shows a long corridor of a abandoned hospital that is located at the Wendover Air Force Base. During the days leading up to the first atomic weapons being dropped on Japan this facility was used by the people involved in the project and was very secretive at the time. The building seems to have been somewhat abandoned and unused and is showing damage from the decades of neglect since use. I was shown this building during a tour of the facilities given to a small, select few individuals on August 23, 2013.
