Description
English: Little Tibet, which is the Ladakh region in northern India, is still inhabited by monks on high hills far from modernity. Every year, Tibetan festivals are celebrated here with great enthusiasm. The ceremony is usually held in the courtyards of Buddhist monasteries. Monks in colorful robes and scary masks perform a dance -Chaam (sacred mask dances). Which represents the purification of the mind as well as the triumph of good over evil.
