日本語: 阪堺電気軌道上町線の始発駅・天王寺駅前停留所。元々は南海電気鉄道の線区で、鉄道区間の天王寺～今池町駅～天下茶屋駅を結ぶ南海天王寺線とも連絡していたが、地下鉄堺筋線の延伸にともない、1984年に今池町～天下茶屋間が廃止。残る区間も1993年に廃止された。
南海から分社化された阪堺電気軌道はその後も営業を続けており、2016年にあべのハルカス（近鉄阿部野橋駅）などの各種ショッピングセンターを見下ろす位置に駅舎を移転されている。当駅は線路1本を2つのホームで運用しており、進行方向に沿って左側乗車・左側降車（写真右側）のルールとなっている（2020年9月 Mr.ちゅらさん (talk)撮影）
