Kommentar: Diese Gedenkprägung ist den Siegern der Schlacht von Waterloo (Belle Alliance) gewidmet, die unter der Führung der Generäle Wellington und Blücher Napoleon endgültig schlugen. Am 18. Juni 1815 besiegten südlich von Brüssel die allierten Truppen, darunter auch hannoveranische Einheiten wie die King's German Legion, den aus seinem Exil in Elba entkommenen Napoleon. Die Randschrift gibt den Wahlspruch des 1815 von König Georg IV. gestifteten Guelphenordens 'NEC ASPERA TERRENT' (Widrigkeiten schrecken nicht) wieder.
