English: Hargreaves Warehouse, Church It is part of the proposed "Gateway project" for Church and Oswaldtwistle areas of Accrington. Grade II listed and in danger of falling down, and if the leader of the council could have his way he would "knock it down". The owners have had a repair order placed on it so it may be saved for the nation, but again officialdom is rearing up in the form of the H&S as they say it is too near Blythe Chemicals and they don't want a "Buncefield" to happen again |
