| Description |
English: Hauxley Nature Reserve. Yet another reserve created from former mining works. Owned and run by Northumberland Wildlife Trust this is a great place to see wildlife from dragonflies to Geese. The main hide can be seen on the right which is a large comfortable building with excellent views across the lake, a warden and toilet facilities. There are several hides around the lake and small ponds with a great diversity of birdlife on view. |
