Summary

edit
Description
English: Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital cyanotic heart disease that consists of the following cardiac structural abnormalities: pulmonary infundibular stenosis, right ventricular hypertrophy (accommodation secondary to increase pressure from pulmonary stenosis), overriding of the Aorta, and ventricular septal defect (VSD). The solution is simple, harvest the pericardium and use it to plug the VSD, then expand the right ventricular outflow tract with some more of the pericardial membrane as a patch.
