At upper left is an item about Seattle's Open Door Clinic, then newly opened, including an ad for a benefit concert to raise money for the clinic.

The pages of this 16-page issue are a bit strangely numbered. The first seven pages have the usual number but written (for example) "3♀" instead of just "3". Then a page "CENTER8FOLD" is a center spread, covering the actual 8th and 9th pages and covered here in a single JPEG. Then the remaining pages count back down using the same numbering as the first seven so, for example our File:Helix, v.2, no.4, Nov. 2, 1967 - DPLA - 8ee4a55a3e595a9cb63ce1ae57bcc5d3 (page 9).jpg (page 10 in normal numbering) is again "page 7♀", our page 10 (page 11 in normal numbering) is another "page 6♀", etc.
