Arkitekturen till Köpenhamns nya landmärke BLOX har redan väckt stor debatt. Den annorlunda byggnaden rymmer inte bara lägenheter och Danmarks Arkitektur center utan även innovationsarenan BLOXHUB som bland annat finansieras av den filantropiska föreningen Realdania med ett eget kapital på 22,5 miljarder danska kronor och som bland annat utvecklar experimenterande nybyggeri och stadsdelar samt bevarar historiska egendomar. BLOXHUB arbetar genom co-creation, acceleratorprogram och samarbete inom bland annat arkitektur, design och tech för att möta globaliseringen och de klimatmässiga utmaningarna.
