Let's go camping in my stinky old Transit with bucket loads of character! Well, not yet at least. This Tranny is de-plated and a little rusty, but judging by where I saw it (and what was parked out the front on the road!), it's in the right hands. There looks to be a fair bit of room in the body, which reminds me of a horsebox somehow. These were obliterated by the Bedford CF in NZ - you are twice as likely to see an old CF trundling around here than an old Transit. I have seen three recently, though - this, an ice-cream van example at a car show and an orange 'standard-spec' example down in Timaru... |
