English: Hen Eglwys Llantrisant Old Church As the name Llantrisant (=church of three saints) suggests, this church is dedicated to three Celtic saints - Afran, Ieuan and Sannan. This historic church was abandoned 110 years ago when the new Llantrisant church was built about a mile east SH3683. It has now been adopted by the London-based Friends of Friendless Churches Society. The church, is well worth a visit, and is approached by a number of public footpaths. |
