English: Fotografi af kobberstik/flyveblad, 1683: ”Dette er en grundelig Beretning om det Vest-Indiske Skib / Hafmanden kaldet / hvilcket Anno 1682. den 6. Novembris fra Kiøbenhafn ad St. Thomas skulle henseyle / oc hvorledis 9. aff dennem paa Skibet hafver rebelleret, oc Guberneuren / saa oc Capitain Jan Blom / sampt andre fleere haffver ihielslaget oc kast ofver Borde / oc Skib oc Gods sæt ofver Styr.”

Mytteriet på fregatten HAVMANDEN i 1683 endte med, at skibet gik på grund ved Risö udenfor Göteborg, og at de skyldige blev ført til København, for at blive henrettede til skræk og advarsel. Skibet var på vej til Vestindien med den nyudnævnte guvernør for de danske besiddelser dér, Jørgen Iversen. Den skæbnesvangre rejse blev Iversens endeligt, sammen med hans nyfødte barn samt kaptajn Jan Bloem og flere andre overordnede.

Nyheden nåede hurtigt til København, og man sendte et orlogsskib – pudsigt nok med navnet HAVFRUEN – for at undersøge omstændighederne og at hente besætningen hjem til eksaminering og dom. Denne faldt den 20. juni og lød på for fem af ”rebellerne”, inklusive Gulliksen og Biermann, tortur og radbrækning, yderligere fire blev halshuggede, og alle ni blev lagt på hjul og stejle, som man også kan se på flyvebladet, der blev udsendt efter hændelsen.
