(Bildansicht, Reichsstraße, links, Henriettenstraße) Derzeit vor erneuter Sanierung zu Wohn und Bürogebäude. Sanierungsabsichten ab Frühjahr 2016. Bis zur aktuellen Sanierung in 2016, befand sich das Gebäude im Leerstand. Die Erstsanierung um die 1990er Jahre fand nur an der Fassade, Dach und Fenstern statt. Kulturdenkmal Chemnitz-Kaßberg. |
