DescriptionHericium alpestre.jpg |
Pers. та H. erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.
Hericium alpestre Pers. English: Hericium alpestre on a large fallen fir trunk (Abies alba Mill.). . The range of the species largely coincides with the distribution of the common fir in the mountain forests of Europe. This species occurs quite infrequently and according to the GBIF is represented by only 139 records in the world. The species is included in the Red Lists of Austria with the status of "Endangered" (EN), Poland as "Critically Endangered" (CR), Croatia - "Vulnerable" (VU), the Czech Republic - "Near Threatened" (NT). Until now, the species was represented by only three finds in Ukraine. Considering this, in our opinion, H. alpestre should also be included in the Red Book of Ukraine. |
