Entstehungszeit um 1600, erbaut durch die Familie Krassow Nach Aussterben dieser Familie 1931 befand es sich bis zur Enteignung 1945 im Besitz des Grafen zu Knyphausen. Ursprünglich eine Renaissanceanlage, wurde das Schloss um 1860 im Stil der Neo-Renaissance saniert. 1963 wurde es fast völlig abgerissen. Dieses einst prachtvolle Herrenhaus ist leider nur noch als Ruine erhalten. Trotzdem ist noch die U-Form der Anlage sowie einzelne Bauteile und der gepflasterte Hof erkennbar. Graf und Gräfin Knyphausen kauften das Ruinengelände 1990 und sicherten in den folgenden Jahren die Ruine. Das östlich der Hofanlage Ende des 18. Jh. gebaute eingeschossige Kavalierhaus wurde nach dem Jahr 2000 im Zuge der Parksanierung instand gesetzt. |
