Die sichtbaren Sandsteine an Fundament und Fassade stammen vom 1925 abgebrochenen „Schloss Mummerjan“ von 1720, das 1857 aus dem Welfengarten in Hannover nach Georgsmarienhütte kam und hier als Wohnhaus für die Beamten des Stahlwerks diente. |
