Description
English: Hewlett-Packard began in the 1960s to manufacture advanced calculators intended for use in research and science. The first series was the 9100 which in 1971 was replaced by the 9800 series. Originally they were marketed by Hewlett-Packard as calculators but later they were called workstations. The model 9845 was launched in 1977 and the updated version 9845B was launched in 1979.
