English: (1 in a multiple picture set) On the Chapin Mesa loop at Mesa Verde National Park, there are outlook points where one can scan the cliff walls across the canyon. It takes a sharp eye to see the cliff dwellings constructed in the verticle wall. One can both admire the ingenuity of the buildings, and be astonished at how they could learn to live, literally, on the cliff's edge. See if you can find the dwelling(s) |
