| Description |
English: High Leys from Windsor Hill. The Belvoir Estate has been busy planting mixed woodland and scrub on High Leys over the last few years. This view towards Old Park Wood, on the horizon, shows areas kept fairly clear between the rows of bushy planting. The high point of the land here is 145 feet above sea level. To the east it falls away to about 65 metres in the River Devon Valley, see 151957 and to the west it drops fairly quickly to about 40 metres in the Vale of Belvoir, see 27679. |
