Summary

Description
English: Highland bull, Glen Dessarry. The hills here are still grazed by cattle. Highland cattle were usually black, but the red coats became fashionable and were preferentially bred. Now the blacks are making a comeback. Red or black, they are still the huge horned hairy beasts that adorn many a shortbread tin.
