Summary edit

Description
English: One lenticular, terrestrial snail shell. The shell is varying shades of light and dark brown, with a dark brown color band on the exterior. The interior of the shell is marked with vertical brown striations that radiate from the apex. The shell is dextral, marked with faint growth lines and light striations, and has an open umbilicus. The aperture has a thickened lip and is semi-circular in shape. Photo by Taylor Turbyfill as part of the Historic Southern Naturalists Project at the University of South Carolina's McKissick Museum.
