| Description |
English: Hockley cottage: a 15th century cottage on the east side of Hockley Road, Hockley, Kent. The original cottage was the black, jettied part on the right, probably a one-up-one-down with a ladder between floors. The roof on the newer left part was not made to the same line and pitch. Further ground floor extensions to both left and right have catslide roofs. |
