Description
Nederlands: Het pand heeft een klein voorplein. De bouwstijl heeft de kenmerken van de Hollandse renaissance. Het heeft imitatiespeklagen, hoekblokken, siermetselwerk in de boogvelden boven de vensters, diamantkoppen als voortzetting van de cartouche boven de deur en een tuitgevel met schouderstukken. Bouwjaar: 1889. Op de gevel staat Anno 1884, dit jaartal hoort bij Lage Gouwe 64 waar ook een bewaarschool stond. Bianca van den Berg toont in een artikel in Tidinge (mei 2015): "C.P.W. Dessing, een kerkenbouwer uit Gouda" aan dat de bouw van dit pand pas in 1894 gereedkwam. Zie ook artikel in De Tijd d.d. 16 januari 1894 met een verslag van de plechtige ingebruikname van het gebouw.
