Deutsch: Der Hohentwiel ist ein 686 m hoher Berg im Hegau, einer Region in Baden-Württemberg in Süddeutschland. Vor millionen Jahren durch Vulkanismus entstanden. Der Berg liegt westlich der Stadt Singen und ca. 30 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Festungsruine auf dem Gipfel ist eine beliebte Touristenattraktion. Ansicht aus nordwestlicher Richtung.
English: Hohentwiel is a 2.260 ft high mountain in the Hegau region of Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. It is west of the of Singen and 30 km (19 ml) from Lake Bodensee. At the summit are the ruins of an ancient castle.
