English: Holdenhurst: Cooper Dean flyover from the footbridge Looking southwest along the A338 from 1331322, towards the large Cooper Dean flyover which was installed in 1987 over the earlier roundabout, which was enlarged to accommodate it.
The traffic heading out of town is as a result of a sunny end to the half-term holiday week and these motorists will be travelling at little more than walking pace for the next 8 miles till they reach Ashley Heath roundabout (in SU1304). The Cooper Dean interchange is named after Misses Cooper Dean, two landowner sisters who owned much of the Littledown area and lived in a house not far off out of picture to the left.
